I saw Fleetwood Mac 2 or 3 times (who can remember those things) and agree with you completely re: Stevie Nicks.
As for the other cover; just another reason not to like Van Hagar. Adding a second guitar to ruined that band. And I never cared for Hagar prior to that anyway.
