Many reports claim black families feel like they need to have a talk with their sons after the Karmelo Anthony guilty verdict. They should. White, brown, and purple parents need to have the talk too.
Murdering someone because they pushed you in an incident you provoked is not a proper response.
There, it is easy, and it has nothing to do with race.
The movers & shakers of society, the social influencers, the policy writers, the race hustlers need to pull their collective heads out of their asses.
ReplyDeleteThis business about 'protected classes', 'marginalized communities', ad nauseum must stop. Moddycoddling the perceived weaker creates more of the weak and foments self-pity. There is created a class who capitilize on projecting themselves as weak, or neglected, or damaged so they may cash in.
But they won't. The grifters will continue to grift, the hustlers will continue to stir up angst, the 'free' money will continue to flow.
Instead, we should simply ignore the lot of them Do not listen to them, do not speak to them, do not even give them the time of day.
Turn your back to them Shame them.
Yes, they will know shame. They are not altogether dumb, they simply act like it. Unwilling to bring themselves up, they must be forced to do so. They'll figure it out.
Whether they do or not, or to what degree, or for how long it takes, is not my concern. Neither should it be yours. Live your live by your means. Give no quarter.
Mine had that talk with me long ago:
ReplyDelete"Don't act like an idiot and learn impulse control"
Nearly every other member of every other race except Africans learns that lesson.
