Please Help Me

My Brother sent me a picture of the CNN Tower in Toronto. It is supposed to be one of the highest buildings in the world, but I cannot see it. He said he pointed it out with an arrow. Please help.

    I had to go back and re-read what you said. I though maybe you were going blind because I saw the twin towers right off the bat.
