You did ask, didn't you?

Bologna on white bread with American cheese, chili cheese Frito's, and a vanilla chocolate swirl sugar free pudding cup all washed down with a Diet Dr. Pepper.

How about you?

I'm saving up for tonight-chicken breasts on the grill, slaw, mac salad, and blackberry strudel. Washed down with several bourbon and cokes.

  8. Dax -- you a re areal downer. But my bag o' chips said it was a mere 160 calories per serving -- one once and that is what I had.

More important for me was the total carb servings -- the meal came in at 4 jus twhat I am supposed to have.

I also walked three miles yesterday -- on purpose.
