Food as Art






















This is a shitty cell phone picture of the dessert I made yesterday morning for the wife to take to work for a pitch-in lunch. The pectin has not yet completely dissolved, by lunch it will be perfect.

  2. It is a sugar cookie crust, topped with a whipped cream cheese mixture. Then various fruits -- kiwi, mandarin oranges, strawberries, black and red rasberries and blueberries. The whole thing is then topped with a wicked orange glaze.
