Why stop at Student Loans?

My mortgage is high and consumes a huge chunk of my bi-weekly pay. What say Joe Biden sends me $10 grand to ease my pain?

I took out the loan, but the rest of you should help me pay it.

I say that as a person who had student loans, who has parent loans, and who has three kids with student loans.

Asking the American taxpayers to pay off private debts, entered voluntarily, is wrong.

In case you are clueless, the government ONLY gets money by forcefully taking it from taxpayers.

Consider that and then feel free to try and convince me this “loan forgiveness “ is a good thing. Besides, where does Biden get the power to change the terms of a legally binding debt?

  1. Someone better have the lawsuit ready. Biden is overstepping his authority and who decides $10,000, why not make it the whole amount...

Liberals doing what they do best trying to buy votes.

  2. Same place Donald Trump got his "power" to attempt to overturn a free & fair election. I'm much more concerned with this than I am with student loan forgiveness. But that's just me.

  5. Refi that mortgage through a college and claim it's an educational loan.

  6. Forgiven PPP loans

    Marjorie Taylor Greene: $183,504

    Boebert: $233,305

    Catholic Church: $3.5 billion

    Joel Osteen: $4.4 million

    Tom Brady: $960,855

There were MANY other PPP loans given/forgiven for other Republicans.

Did I miss your outrage over this? I guess I'd rather be funding something good - like education, than the rich folks.

  7. Yep read the archives and it wasn’t just Republicans who stole PPP loans

  8. Right! And we forgot.......JARED KUSHNER had his PPP loan forgiven.

And so it goes, not just Democrats are having their school loans forgiven.

    1. How about all that stimulus money? We didn't qualify, but we're OK with others getting it (with our tax dollars). Did you or Crazy Fred qualify? 🤨

  10. This is not about government giveaways to the vast number of citizens. These are asking tax payers to pay loans that private citizens voluntarily signed.

Biden is asking people who never went to college to pay for your loan and my loan. He is asking people who already paid their loans to now pay for others.

If you don’t see the difference, I don’t know what to say.

  11. Trump handed out how much in PPP loans, then gave forgiveness for millions?

Trump also handed out $1 TILLION in stimulus money.

So seriously, stop with the outrage & whining. It's laughable.

If you don't see the hypocrisy, I don't know what to say.

  12. Americans had to pay $670,000 when Melania Trump decided she didn’t want to live in the White House for 3 months.

Yeah, I’m more than okay helping people relieve 10k in student loans with my tax dollars.

  13. We can do whataboutisms all day. How about all Michelle Obama’s trips on the taxpayer dime?

None of it is relevant to using my money to pay your personal loans

You can disagree. Life is like that

You are wrong, but it is OK to make an ass of yourself. I don’t mind.
