Obama can share the blame on this one. I blame all of congress and the previous congress, back to Bush. We have given the power to the government and they won't give it up without a fight. Sadly more than half of country doesn't seem to think this is a big deal. Years of liberal education and media lies has led to a government out of control We have become a county looking for the easy way out, we avoid a fight, and when we do fight we handcuff our troops. The current administration claims the war on terror is over so why do we need all this data to prevent something that according to Obama and company no longer is a threat?

It's the 4th Amendment, not Article 4.
I'm getting tired of all the people excusing this just because the whistle blower blew the whistle to the wrong people. He should have followed procedure, not gone to the media.
They say they're collecting the data BUT, not looking at it. Right. And that makes it alright?!!
Still sounds like collecting evidence. Which sounds a lot like warrant-less searching to me.
What kind of freedom loving person defects to Communist China, or a controlled territory thereof?
