As near as I can tell Hillary has now blamed just about everyone in the world, other than herself, for her failed Presidential bid.
I think the only conspirators she has left out are the Masons, the Illuminati, and that secret cabal that squashed the 150-mile carburetor back in he '70s.
I guess she will get around to them next week. She just needs a little more Chardonnay.
