Worked in a law office when Il. passed their law. As soon as the papers showed up I grabbed one and had a witness watch as I signed and took it to the bank to have it notarized. All required back in 1973/74. Every states I've lived in since I've had one but at my age I doubt anything worth spit at this time. Margi
