I saw a woman, probably around thirty, carrying a cat around the grocery store yesterday. She had it in a baby carrier across her chest.
WTH? Are there no Board of Health laws?

Avoid Carmel
It’s hard for me to avoid Carmel, its city limits are 1/4 mile away. In this case the nitwit was at the Noblesville Meijer. Trust me. There are plenty of similar self-centered fragile millennials here in Mudsock.Joe
