Now...when I was at IUPUI, the mascot was...we didn't really have one, because the teams went under the names "Metros". (Someone suggested using a city bus...) I got on board for the push to rename us the "River Rats." Today I guess we're the Jaguars.

High school was the Sages. Mascot was an owl. Valparaiso University went from the Crusaders to the Beacons. Symbol is a lighthouse.
