Sadly this is not an Onion story.
Eric Holder is an embarrassment, and not fit to hold office. He cannot be serious. This proposal is more like an April Fool's joke. Is this administration trying to create unrest, riots, and civil war? Thank goodness this is a non-starter with anyone who possess a brain. Even Congressmen are not this stupid...well most.

In front of Congress no less. Just like his hero Obama he thinks he is a God above the law and Congress.
