if you ate driving in the left lane on the Interstate and people pass you on the right, you are an asshole.
If you speed up when said people are forced to pass you on the right you are a fucking asshole.
If you are driving a Prius and do this I am certain even your kids think you are a fucking asshole.

Depends. If you are driving through Zanesville, OH, on I-70, they want you to drive in the left lane if you are just passing through town. Which means that all the fucking locals go past you like Richard Petty in the right lane.
I'm not fond of Zanesville.
