I saw the Go Gos along with the Flock of seagulls at Purdue University in the early 1980's. The merest effort (and just two typos) reminded me through the world's most used search engine that the actual date was September 7, 1982. Were you there too?

No, I wasn't there. I was somewhere on a U.S. Navy Guided Missile Destroyer. DDG-37.
