Today's earworm


Here is another 1970s/1980s band from Central Indiana. I bet I saw these guys 30 or 40 times. They used to play at my college on a regular basis. They also played a couple of dances at my fraternity.

Bass player Toby Myers went on to play with John mellencamp.

I was a soundguy for them when they were known as Pure Funk. We may have played your college or frat back then. I worked for them from 1972 to 1975. The frontman was known as Adam Smasher. They changed the name to Roadmaster in 1976, and tried to national exposure. That was my college education for what I still do, which is traveling doing sound for large concerts.
