Good or bad

The contents of this blog are pretty much what you would get if we were to have a conversation. Sadly I may be just a tad more sarcastic in real life.  Fortunately I have learned to filter much of what transpires in my brain.

I no longer have any faith in this country. When NFL policy's are more important than the law I give up. When an obvious threat to the country is ignored and given lip service, and administration is more interested in Tweeting, I give up. When this country keeps electing total losers and con artists we get what we deserve. People have stopped thinking and let the press do their thinking for them. Glad I am old but sad that my grandson will have to live in a country with no leadership, no moral fiber and no backbone.

I agree totally. I get that some people may disagree about policy, but when the press is in the tank for one party and dissent is forbidden then we no longer live in a free country.

Some days I think the 46% in Scotland were thinking correctly.

Mostly I am slipping into a "why bother" mode even though that is what the big government types are counting on.

On the other hand, Scotland could well have become the next Venezuela. Folks there need to be careful what they wish for.
