I have more installments of my coming of age story that leaped into my brain while I was getting in windshield time last week.
I think I will spare you. I can be mean, but I am not into torture.
I like writing fiction, but the blogging format does not work too well for short stories.
That is OK, I am sure most of you took a look at the posts and gave a silent TLDR anyway.

And Jess at http://sratchingtoescape.blogspot.com/ has been doing some good fiction there alongside blogging.
And there are a lot of Democratic operatives who blog a lot of fiction....
You can always carry a digital voice recorder in your shirt pocket, so if ideas hit you, you can simply turn it on and save them. No pen, no paper, no forgetting what you came up with three hours ago, now you're stopped at a gas station. Since you spend so much driving time, and are in a position to get creative while the time crawls by, that should help a lot.
Somewhere, the literary equivalent of the baby Jesus is crying.
I still hope for a graphic novel.
