Bologna on white bread with American cheese, chili cheese Frito's, and a vanilla chocolate swirl sugar free pudding cup all washed down with a Diet Dr. Pepper.

Two slices of lunchmeat - cooked ham - and, later, a slice of wheat bread.
PB&J. I'm saving up for tonight-chicken breasts on the grill, slaw, mac salad, and blackberry strudel. Washed down with several bourbon and cokes. Hey, there's a hurricane headed for us at lat 30 and the east coast of America. Cheers!

Two taco supremes and a bottle of water.
Leftover spaghetti and cold, sweet, juicy watermelon.
3 small slices of homemade pizza, bag of romaine lettuce, oatmeal raisin cookie. Bottle of lemon water. Sliced fresh fruit.
Dax -- you a re areal downer. But my bag o' chips said it was a mere 160 calories per serving -- one once and that is what I had.
More important for me was the total carb servings -- the meal came in at 4 jus twhat I am supposed to have.
I also walked three miles yesterday -- on purpose.
Didn't mean to rain on your parade. I haven't eaten white bread or chips in forever...Besides I know the weight loss secret!
You are not going to leave us hanging with that last comment are you?
Yes...Yes I was...but since you asked...
"Eat less...Move more!"
