Indeed

Stolen from Midwest chick

This is funny for those of us who live in the northern ‘burbs. I’m especially looking at you guys just over the city limits about 1/4 mile from my house.

You know who you are:

I love Round-a Bouts.
Cheaper than signage and lights and much more efficient.
Problem is that 95% of American drivers are dumber than sacks of crap and shouldn't be allowed to drive......

At first I hated them... Now I LOVE them.

Not long after they put one in in SB, someone flew right into the center of it and scarred up all those pretty new bricks. Can't keep anything nice in a liberal city for long, of course.

Carmel used to be known as "stop-light city". Obviously, that no longer applies. Good for you, Carmel!

Also, CBS News is like 95% lies, and watching it may lead to TDS.

I like the roundabouts. It does move traffic, but some intersections are so busy a stoplight is needed. It’s just the way it is.

You should see the Taj Mahal of roundabouts they are building at 146th and Allisonville Rd in Hamilton County, IN!

The problem is that fully 60% of people should not be allowed to drive....And yes, that is mostly (but not all) women,.
They cannot deal worth the concept of merging, nor can they work with "stay in a lane while turning"...

And, of course, the folks that design our roundabouts fail in many ways...diameter, lanes, signage, entrance and exit angles, etc.

The concept is great, and if we implemented them like they do in Europe, they would be great, but our civil engineers failed to learn how to do it well.

I hear Skyline had to pull the 4 way from it's menu in Carmel, because that kind of intersection is prohibited.

Tony Stewart is ashamed of this.

I intended to write about Smoke. Champion in nearly every kind of racing - sprint cars, Indy, NASCAR, and now dragsters. The man can drive a race car
