I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and enjoyable holiday (for non-Jesus types). Ours was great.
2/3 of my kids* and their families came over for dinner and presents. It was a grand day overall.
The ‘fridge is filled with leftovers, the counter is stacked with containers of cookies and candy. My blood sugar is up, my belly full, and my wallet empty. It was a great Christmas.
Technically I am working today, but honestly that means I’m present, not actively sitting at the desk. I will go through emails this morning but little else.
Before you throw out accusations of slacking, I worked about five hours Monday and I was on vacation!
*the middle child lives in Colorado and wasn’t t able to make it.
