I just heard Cubs great Ron Santo has passed away. sourceWords fail me right now. The radio broadcasts will not be the same.
Is it strange I chose my favorite Cubs hoodie to wear this morning -- before hearing the news?
RIP Ron. You are a Hall of Famer in my book.

Awwww..RIP Ron!
Yup, the radio broadcast will never be as good again. But he passed in his sleep, and when our time comes would any of us want another way to go when it is our time? At least you don't need a board of sports writers to get to heaven - rest in peace, This Old Cub (from the name of his biographic movie)!
I suppose everyone will now get the “guilt’s” and induct him into the Hall posthumously…
