This is the cooking area at a popular goat restaurant in Monterrey, Mexico. Surprisingly, goat tastes like chicken.
Not really, but it is similar to pork and not at all bad. I actually enjoyed it. This is from a business trip to Mexico in February 2019

When I lived in Tx went to a festival on the Riverwalk and had goat taco. Didn't notice them tasting like chicken but they were really good.
I was joking about the chicken taste
But not like lamb?
I have never tried goat, but I would. I hate lamb, and it tried it.
No it is more of a white meat maybe a cross of lamb and pork?
Mostly I guess it tastes like...goat
